A legal disclaimer

Our Terms of Service Policies intend to ensure quality, safety, and consistency in our work. By using the services of Perfect Clean Commerical Cleaning, you agree to abide by the following policies and procedures: 

Security 

We take the security of your home very seriously and work with each homeowner to establish a routine for entering and exiting. Current methods include, but are not limited to:

• Letting the crew in on the day of service 

• Providing a lockbox, keypad, or garage code

• Leaving a key in a safe place to use and return 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Because we are reserving a time specifically for you, please make any changes to your schedule as soon as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice is required. If you cancel your appointment within less than 48 hours of service, or if the crew is unable to enter your home, we may charge a $75 cancellation fee. We must strictly adhere to this policy in order to avoid lost wages for our crew. 

We appreciate your understanding.

We will give consideration on a case-by-case basis to late schedule changes due to unexpected circumstances beyond your control.
